Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of residential property transactions.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents.
• Conduct property searches and liaise with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case management records.
Requirements:
• Qualified solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Proficiency in using conveyancing software and case management systems.
