Emma Gadsden is an established private client lawyer and co-founder of Gadsden Coupe.
Emma joined Coupe Bradbury as a trainee solicitor in 2003 and worked closely alongside David Coupe.
Qualifying as a solicitor in 2005, Emma also became a full Member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) in 2006.

Emma is a highly experienced probate practitioner who deals with complex estates, including those comprising business, agricultural and foreign assets.
She has extensive experience advising high net worth individuals in connection with their personal estate planning and has a particular interest in advising small to medium-sized business owners concerning succession planning for their businesses upon death.
Away from the office!
Away from the office, Emma is a busy mum of two boys. She can be found spending most of her spare time either acting as ‘mum’s taxi’ or at the side of a football pitch supporting her children!
